Adam QuiringPrincipal Partner
Adam brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the team at Q3 Asset Management. He has spent the last 20 years working for both traditional and alternative investment firms. Throughout this time, his efforts have focused upon providing a diverse blend of quantitative investment strategies to the retail investment advisory community.

Adam began his career on the floor of the Chicago Board Options Exchange, where he worked for a proprietary trading group specializing in equity options. He graduated from Northern Michigan University with a degree in Business and holds the Series 65 license. During his time at Northern, Adam played point guard for the Wildcat basketball team. Adam and his wife Sara have three daughters, Evelyn, Audrey and Isabelle.

Bradford GiaimoPrincipal Partner
Brad’s career in the financial industry began in 1982 on the floor of Commodities Exchange in New York City. After two years apprenticing at various wire houses he was offered the opportunity to work for arguably one of the most successful hedge fund managers of the last three decades, Paul Tudor Jones. While at Tudor Investment Corporation (1984-87) his understanding of the markets grew exponentially.

After a year of trading proprietary funds for Tudor, he left the firm and became an independent trader in the Dollar Index pit. The next 12 years were spent honing his trading skills and learning first-hand the importance of risk management. In 2003 he moved to Bloomfield Hills, Michigan where the concept for Q3 began. He is a graduate of the University of Hartford and holds the Series 3 (inactive) and 65 licenses. In his spare time Brad plays drums for a number of bands and solo artists in the Detroit area. He is also very active at his Church.

Greg ReidVice President-Sales
With over twenty-years of successful sales management experience across a broad spectrum of financial, investment, and professional services fields, Greg provides Q3 Asset Management with exceptional strategic and tactical sales and marketing capabilities. Greg’s previous experience includes service as Vice President of Sales for a $1 billion+ Registered Investment Advisor, Vice President of Sales for a specialty mutual fund company, and manager of a local office for a Wire House Brokerage firm.

Prior to entering the investment industry, Greg worked as Flag Briefing Coordinator for three separate Admirals while serving in the United States Navy. Between Naval deployments, Greg earned a degree in Sociology from Excelsior College in Albany, NY. In his spare time, he enjoys sailing, watching sports, and spending time with his kids.

Greg works exclusively with financial professionals.

Bruce GreigCFA, CAIA, CMT
Bruce is a seasoned portfolio manager. He has spent the last 20 years developing and managing traditional and alternative investment strategies. He is a firm believer in the effectiveness of diversifying among investment approaches. Bruce serves as the Director of Research at Q3 Asset Management where he heads up the firm’s strategy development. Bruce’s previous experience includes serving as the Associate Investment Officer for a $1 billion+ Registered Investment Advisor, and Portfolio Manager for an alternative-asset investment advisor.

He is a graduate of the University of Michigan with degrees in mathematics and statistics and has a Masters of Business Administration from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst, Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst, and Chartered Market Technician. In his free time, Bruce enjoys constructing crossword puzzles and vacationing with his family in northern Michigan.

Bryan SmarchBusiness Development
A veteran of the Financial Services Industry, Bryan has over two decades of hands on experience in retail and institutional sales. His responsibilities at Q3 include sales, key account development, and driving the firm’s overall national sales effort.

Prior to joining Q3, Bryan served in multiple roles for a National Third Party Asset Manager, focusing his efforts in sales, marketing and customer education. While there he helped the firm grow to over $1.5 Billion dollars in AUM and was instrumental in developing and retaining key strategic relationships with Broker-Dealers and RIA’s in addition to working with hundreds of independent advisors. In his free time Bryan enjoys spending time with his family at their cabin in northern Michigan. His favorite activities include golf, hockey, and fishing and if he hasn’t already told you – he is a 6 time North American Feather Bowling Champion!

Bryan holds a BA in Finance from Western Michigan University. He works exclusively with financial professionals.

David WitkowskiRegional Sales Manager
David brings extensive experience to Q3AM in the area of both high level sales and financial services. He spent 17 years in high level software sales, closing enterprise wide agreements with many Fortune 500 companies including Caterpillar and Ford Motor. Dave transitioned from technology sales to the financial services industry when he joined UBS as a financial advisor.

Today, Dave focuses his efforts on helping independent advisors build their fee-based business. He attended the University of Detroit for both his undergraduate and graduate degrees. Dave lives in Bloomfield Hills with his wife Angela, where they raised two grown sons while remaining active in the community. Dave currently maintains a Series 66 license.

Joseph 'Max' DenteRegional Sales Manager
Max began his career in the financial markets during 1991 as a Dollar Index arbitrageur on the FINEX, the financial instruments and currency products division of the New York Board of Trade (NYBOT). He worked as a commodity floor trader and a market maker for the dollar index until 1997. Max also worked for Commonwealth Bank in NYC and studied finance at Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology and at Melbourne University in Australia. He took the skills he developed on the floor and abroad and applied them as a trader and systems researcher, designing trading systems for various money management firms.

He earned a B.S. in Finance from Bentley College in 1991 and learned his first computer programming language in 1993. During his time working on the trading floor, he furthered his studies in the financial markets and computer programming by attending The New York Institute of Finance and Baruch College, respectively. Max has traveled to many countries around the world, and in his spare time he enjoys visiting new places.

Amos SheenaRegional Sales Manager
Amos has been involved in the world of business and finance from a young age. Growing up, he worked for his father in the family’s restaurant business. After graduating with a degree in Finance from Wayne State University in 1999, Amos moved to New York City to pursue his passion for the markets by establishing himself as a proprietary equities trader.

Amos has spent the last 7 years working with registered investment advisory firms, offering his expertise to financial advisors nationwide. He maintains a Series 65 license. Amos lives in Royal Oak with his wife Jaime and daughters, Madeline and Georgia. In his spare time he enjoys cooking and playing golf.

Jeff ToddRegional Sales Manager
Jeff brings over 25 years of financial services industry experience to Q3 with a focus on retirement plan management. He has spent the majority of his career wholesaling investment related services throughout the Southeast and Puerto Rico. Jeff considers himself a student of the ever-changing investment industry environment and strives to be a partner to advisors who desire to bring the best solutions available to their clients.

Jeff obtained a BA in Finance in 1994 from Saginaw Valley State University. He lives in Cape Coral, Florida and enjoys golf, fishing, and spending time with his kids.

Randy HusaynuInternal Wholesaler
Randy brings over 25 years of financial services experience to Q3. While at Oppenheimer & Company, he helped his clients attain their financial goals and manage risk. He possesses a wealth of knowledge when it comes to understanding the needs of financial advisors and their clientele.

Randy attended the University of Michigan-Dearborn majoring in Economics. He lives in Royal Oak, Michigan with his wife Aimee and daughter Faustina. In his free time, he enjoys golfing, vacationing on the Great Lakes of Michigan with his family and taking his dog Charlie for a walk.

Ethan PintoInternal Wholesaler
Ethan is the newest member of Q3’s internal sales team. He graduated from Hope College with a major in business and minors in economics and leadership. Ethan was a member of the Student Advisory Board for the business & economics department as well as a member of the business club.

Ethan played Hockey at Hope where he won two National Championships while serving as a team captain. He also played lacrosse, winning two conference championships. His favorite activities include golfing, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.

Joe OlekszykCFP, Director of Wealth Strategies
Joe serves as the Director of Wealth Strategies at Q3. He began his career in 2006 and has worked as an investment strategy analyst, a lead portfolio manager, and a ‘family CFO.’ At Q3, Joe’s efforts are focused on working with investment advisory firms to connect Q3’s strategies with their clientele. As a Certified Financial Planner® practitioner, Joe has experience working with individual investors, helping to translate their financial aspirations into reality.

Joe and his wife Kate reside in Grosse Pointe Woods, Michigan with their three young children Nikolas, Renée, and Max. The family relishes the splendors of Lake St. Clair and embraces all four seasons with enthusiasm. Joe and Kate also delight in the diverse culinary offerings of metro-Detroit, and frequently visit cultural gems including Cranbrook and the Detroit Institute of Arts. Their return to Michigan comes after seven years spent working beside the Atlantic Ocean and savoring the endless summer of Vero Beach, Florida. Joe is a 2003 graduate of Oakland University.
